We're on a mission to house 100 San Diegans, offering shared living residences that are safe, serene, clean and affordable.

Founded by Renee Novo—who brings over 8 years of behavioral health experience—Novo Homes was created with a mission to provide safe, clean, affordable housing for those living with mental illness and/ or in recovery. We understand that healing happens in community...we are designing homes that provide a peaceful environment emphasizing nature-based healing, stability, and overall well-being. With the full support of the Novo family, this vision is now becoming a reality.

Co-founder Joseph Novo brings 10+ years in project management and community-based development, while Carrington Novo adds 8+ years of marketing expertise to the team.
